B/Eflat/Gflat plus Dflat bass gives Dflat 11
This is the chord that follows the Aflat major seventh in the theme from "Moonlighting". You can think of it as Bmajor over a Dflat bass. Elevenths are very popular, especially in an ascending sequence. Try them.
