About Phaze 1

Phaze 1 was a short-lived offshoot from the MMP team, and was a rock/band/guitar focused publication, similar in style to Music Technology.

The magazine was aimed at people picking up instruments and making music for the first time - ie the first "phaze" of being a musician.
