Keep your radios tuned to your independent local stations over the next two weeks if you wish to enter our prestigious TDK Jingle Writing Competition featured on pages 32/33.
A specially commissioned radio advert for the competition featuring Paul Gambaccini will be broadcast 168 times on the major ILR stations throughout the nation. It contains a quickfire selection of previous TDK jingles, and it's worthwhile listening to these to see exactly what you're up against. What we're looking for are well presented, top class ideas for a new 60 second jingle as opposed to superbly recorded efforts that never really get off the ground ideas-wise.
If you've always wanted to break into the fast, commercial world of advertising jingles, this really is a not-to-be missed opportunity. So get cracking - the next commercial for TDK could be a commercial for you!
