With the introduction of Roland's perfected guitar synthesizer — albeit it at a price beyond the reach of all but the very largest of piggy banks — and a host of interfacing and sequencing hardware, guitarists and others previously excluded from making a significant contribution, can look forward to renewed involvement... and it's about time too!
Technological momentum is providing wider accessibility for people to listen to and create their own music.
