What's this? It's the Guitar Guru's Christmas Tree, of course. Suitably enough, there's the Guru himself, Paul Day, hanging from that branch at the front. Isn't he a sweet little chap? And as for his present on the other branch... well! It's a standard Italian guitar of the early 1960's — apparently, some actually looked worse than this. It was built by a crazed accordion maker, and the amazing pickguard covers a body of best plywood. You're welcome, Mr Guru. Clever photo by that clever Garth Blore.
