Winners of top prizes — Issue 12 Star Prizes in great giveaway feast 10
Last month we told you who'd won the fabulous prizes in our 1st. Birthday competition, back in Issue 12. This month we bring you photos of the lucky winners receiving their prizes (nothing like a good old fashioned bit of jealousy, is there!).

First prize of the Tascam 244 Portastudio was presented to reader David Fothergill of Tyne & Wear at the recent Audio Visual Show at the Wembley Conference Centre and David is shown here receiving his prize from Harman U.K.'s Robin Doughty.
David plays bass in a 5-piece band, Deviation, and owns a Guild B3 and a Westone bass. Music U.K. took to the road to present the rest of the prizes (and John Parker took the company camera along with him).

Adam Carr of North Humberside, having received his Premier Crown drum kit from Roger Horrobin (right) with Geoff Dennison of Gough & Davy looking on.
The Tokai guitar and amp was won by Clive Davis of Carlisle, and he is shown receiving his prize at Music U.K. dealers, Bowmans. Reader Christopher Reeve of London SW18 won the PRO-AMP Venom combo, and is shown here receiving his prize amp from Rosetti's Doug Ellis at Andy's in London's Denmark St. Christopher plays guitar (he has a jazzmaster), and can be found playing in wine bars, etc. — the Pro-amp should fit that bill really well!

Sounds Great of Cheadle were hosts to winner Gary Sharpe from Cheshire. Gary was a pro musician, playing guitar, but is now becoming more interested in keyboards. He is seen receiving the Yamaha from Phil Lyon of Sounds Great.

Finally, reader Steve Giles (a subscriber to the mag.) is shown here receiving his Vox Custom Bass from Rose-Morris' Jim Wilmer. The presentation took place at Fastbuck studios, where Steve's band, Key West, were recording.
