While pressed by One Two's busy List department, Mr Lemmy was wrestling with two major problems: finding a new guitarist for the respected Motorhead trio, and getting over a birthday followed immediately by Christmas Day. Such is the life of one who owns a Rickenbacker with its own special aroma.

But 1984 will be a busy one if and when the new six-string person turns up. For Motorhead will be recording a new LP in the spring ready for summer release. And — joyous news — there will definitely be a Motorhead British tour, too.
